The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 21th Octoer, 2020, when the following order was passed:

" Issue notice.

In the meantime, further proceedings in C.C. No. 5465 of 2018, titled "Kailash Murarka & Others vs. C.B.I." pending before the court of Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI Cases), Raipur, Chhattisgarh, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the five respondents through registered A.D. post. 

It is submitted that Ms. Sakshi Kakkar, Advocate has on 20.08.2020 and 23.09.2020 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1 alongwith an application for exemption from filing the official English translation of annexures which has been registered as I.A. No. 96086 of 2020. Copy of the same has already been placed with T.P. paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ronak Karanpuria,  Advocate has on 19.08.2020 and 25.09.2020 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2. Copy of the same has already been placed with T.P. paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Prashant Kumar,  Advocate has on 24.08.2020 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit alongwith application for extension of time to file reply on behalf of respondent no. 3 . The Counsel has on 25.09.2020 filed application seeking permission to file reply with Annexure-A-1. The applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 80591 and 97263 of 2020. Copies of the same have already been placed with T.P. paper books.

It is again submitted that Mr. Priyank Upadhyay, Advocate has on 16.07.2020 and 22.08.2020 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 4 alongwith application for extension of time to file reply. The Counsel has again on 23.09.2020 filed counter affidavit alongwith application seeking permission to file reply. The applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 80545 and 96126 of 2020. Copies of the same have already been placed with T.P. paper books.

It is also submitted that Mr. D.K. Devesh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 5 alongwith an application seeking permission to file counter affidavit which has been registered as I.A. No. 80552 of 2020. Copy of the same has already been placed with T.P. paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Sakshi Kakkar, Adv on behalf of the respondent no. 1 has on 2020

ASSISTANT REGISTRAR11.12.2020 filed application for impleadment of State of Chhattisgarh as a necessary party alongwith affidavit which has been registered as Interlocutory Applicaiton No. 130183 of 2020 after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
